Vote and take a look at the incentive.

I tend to use Parker ballpoint pens, but that's less because they're particularly good (I mean, they're nice pens) and more because I have a tendency to pick a brand and get super accustomed to it and never try anything else.
Not much in the way of magic -- just adjusting levels to make them a bit darker, and of course the whole thing goes greyscale when I remove the blue sketch.
Since the vote incentive just shows the inks after I've cleaned them up -- Here'sa snippet of my un-edited inks, just as I scanned 'em, and close up, so you can see what the lineart actually looks like. :3

I'm really curious! You mentioned you ink with a regular ballpoint pen, but you have such gorgeous, consistent linework! I can never get such dark lines with a regular pen. Is it a specific brand that you use that's particularly good or is there some photoshop-y magic goin' on? :)
p.s. I'm so excited for this new comic of yours!
