No...that is definitely the face of someone who never thought about how his actions affected others as long as it got them out of his way.
He probably never thought about the need to eat or drink because he can just use healing magic in place of that, and probably does on reflex when absorbed in something...which it seems he always is.

Heh! Took me a while to realise that our dear ol' necromancer is likely more worried about his own demise than that of his victims.
Which reminds me, what ever happened to that ponyfiller with the singing and the stuff?
